Redux x2

Rules
1 - You can do an action every hour, if anyone even cares about this that much.
2 - You can only take half the land surrounding a certain peice of land each hour, if you have a coastal peice of land then you can only take one peice of land overseas and one peice of land near another land.
3 - If you're at war with someone you can only attack every hour and occupy a territory(if you win a battle) every hour.
4 - Use a geographical map of europe for this one. Each type of territory depends on how much food you get from it, and how easy it is to defend/attack. So a mountain would produce bad food and be hard to attack, but is vary easy to defend.
5 - You get $1000 from each territory every hour.
6 - Troops are $50 for each, and $10 every hour for food no matter the size of your army.
