We have been getting a lot of reports of admin abuse which needs to stop so here are some changes.

new rules and notes:
- No rushes or mini rounds Untill the last round (Normally around 5 mins left mark).
- You may only set your class once a round.
- You may only resize to 0.5 (Half size) and bigger.
- You may Not respawn unless you doing admin stuff.
- If some one caps ban them for 5 mins if they cap after you warn them ban them for 30 mins. (Unless you see the cap was needed)

- If you ban or kick some one you must give a reason (NOT just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with admins you need to put "swearing exesivly at admins" because when they submit a ban protest and i see they were banned for being a loser i kinda have to unban them.

I dont mean to be mean but if we keep losing player i will have to shut down the server because they are no cheat to keep running $400+ /month
