Peace and Love for all my friends and enemies.

I'd like everyone to take a 5 minute break from whatever your doing and sit down and lay your head back and close your eyes. Think about someone who has hurt you, no matter how badly that person has hurt you. Forgive them for what they've done. If you can't, just think about why you should and CAN. What exactly will come of you hating this person? Nothing. Even if you sought revenge on this person, it would not make you feel better. But thats not what you want, you just want them to feel the pain that you felt. Doing this, you just make yourself just as bad as this person. Do yourself a huge favor. Forgive them. The sooner you free yourself of these negative thoughts the sooner you WILL feel better. If you have done what I just said, you have just made a step into our new world of peace. Want to make another step? Tell your friends, family, and indeed even your enemy to do this. Make the world a better place, instead of being one of the many reasons it is what it is.
