Server migration

So we've migrated server hosts - Voxel Servers has put forth an offer that cannot be refused, and I'm in the middle of migrating everything over.

The new IP for the server is 139.99.131.188:27105 - you can remove the old server as I'm just going to be using it as a locked test server until it expires.
