Viscount officially dismisses the legislature. Election time to be announced.

A degree of suprise and relief hit Osten Helkar today after the Viscount Helkar arrived in Vintheriu to begin his monthly vist to Osten Helkar to sort affairs. Although previously busy with his position as Vice Admiral the Viscount has made it clear he intends to begin the transition to normal government again in the colony with discovering the intentions of the coliation forming de jure government in Osten Helkar. After a brief conversation and lunch with still Minister President von Bismarck. It was announced that von Bismarck would not be continuing government due to his advanced age. For that reason it has been declared that the elected government of Osten Helkar was to be dismissed and elections called.
