Project Orion is a military grade group. The group is split into squads of 4. Each squad has a squad leader that has full control over their squad. If a squad member wants out of a squad they can either message me (Jeremy) or get permission from their squad leader. Each squad will be given a name and a specific purpose. Squads are invite only, by the squad leader, or hand-picked.

These are the ranks for this group:
General
Admiral
Commander
Captain
Lieutenant
Sergeant
Corporal
Specialist
Trooper

Rank Sergeant+ can give orders to Trooper-Corporal.
Captain+ can give orders to Trooper-Lieutenant.

Squad leaders are hand-picked by Commander+ and must be rank Lieutenant+.
Ranks are not given out for free, and can only be earned through loyalty or combat.
Promotions can be given by Commander+

Squad Leader outranks all in their squad, even if someone else is a higher rank than they are.
Message a Admiral or General if you want your own squad.
