North American Early Access and Launch times confirmed!

The time is upon us... APB is going live, and here are the important dates and times:

Early Access begins on Saturday the 26th of June at 9am Eastern - so if you have pre-ordered, see you in the morning! (If you haven't, you can still pre-order and join in Early Access)

Early access allows players to use a bonus 10 hours of Action district time and unlimited Social district time leading up to release. Please note that you cannot use your additional 50 hours of Action District time until then.

All Points Bulletin is officially released Tuesday the 29th of June at 12:01am Eastern (midnight), so if you haven’t pre-ordered we hope to see you then!

Q: I pre-ordered APB from an online distributer but only received one key. When will I receive my pre-order and head start keys?

A: You don’t need any further keys. The key you have already received is all you will require to receive all pre-order benefits.

Q: I was in the APB Closed Beta and would like to keep the same account for the retail version of the game. Will I be able upgrade my existing account?

A: Yes. If you buy APB physically or digitally you will be able to upgrade your existing Beta account to a full retail one. Just log into your account and select 'Redeem Key'.

Q: I created an account with a Key to the City key I received from another website and would like to keep the same account for the retail version of the game. Will I be able upgrade my existing account?

A: Yes. If you buy APB physically or digitally you will be able to upgrade your existing Key to the City account to a full retail one. Just log into your account and select 'Redeem Key'.

Q: I created my APB account with the key I received after pre-purchasing the game. Do I need to do anything else to start playing APB?

A: No. You’re all set. All you need to do now is log in once the servers are live.
