Be careful when you're talking about "warm or cold body" when it comes to necrophilia. Heat is given off during the chemical decomposition of corpses. A rotting corpse can be very warm and flexible, and a fresh corpse (dead for less than 24 hours) can be cold and stiff. The temperature of the body does not indicate the freshness. In all honesty though, as long as the corpse is fresh, go for it. Never be wasteful is my motto. But if the body doesn't smell right, leave it alone. It's not just the overall experience that would be affected, but there're also very real concerns about sanitation.
