One thing: As I've heard in one of the Videos GOPHER posted on YouTube Bethe$da is exchanging the "FALLOUT.EXE" everytime they make an update to the CC (Dunno, don't have FO4). This means that everytime they update the CC your EXE is updated, too, rendering the F4SE useless.
To me this means that everytime they update something I don't want and don't need they make my game unplayable, because the F4SE-Version is set for one specific Fallout executable.
Dunno, is Gopher right with this?
As I don't have FO4 and I didn't install Syrim Special I cannot confirm this. Maybe s.o. else can
