Welcome to the Napoleonic Wars Non-Comission Officer and Comissioned Officer training camp. At this camp you will learn how to lead, discipline, make trainings fun, deal with trolls and become an outstanding character.

We all know how boring it is to go to training but at this camp you learn how to make them fun and enjoyable.

The Merit system works like so: Pass, Bronze, Silver, Gold. The attainment you get is judged by your effort and performance. Pass shows us that you can lead, yet are incompetent, lazy and rather dull as a leader. Gold shows us that you can lead outstandingly well, you're proactive and a fun and entertaining character.

When one finishes the course, you get your diploma and this diploma is a certified, NW-wide achievment that helps you gain high ranks and quick promotions.
