Hello everyone. I am Dread, and I have become the new group manager. I hope to turn this group into a hub for free roleplay. I have seen many tiers rise and fall over the past few months, and I am hoping to solve this problem. Today, I would like to enact changes in the group.

First of all, this group will be starting...or restarting. Currently, we will be accepting applications from nations of the Victorian and Ancient time periods. I would like encourage you to apply your group in the appropriate discussion, and to participate in this group. I intend to make this group different than tier, as it will be a voluntary association, rather than a tier.

I will also state that I will not use my powers to intimidate, kick or otherwise harrass rpers in here. You will have the freedom of settling your disputes amongst yourselves. I know that has been a problem with communities in the past.
