NATO - DayZ Support Squad

(N)ational - Devoted to one's own group, and its interests.
(We make sure that every member in NATO will serve a purpose to show positiive characteristics when doing one's job. We only assign determined, trustworthy men and women on operations followed by highly trained individuals.)

(A)dequacy - Operation plan review criterion. The determination as to whether the scope and concept of a planned operation are sufficient to accomplish the task assigned.
(We review every SOS call with officers to determine if an operation can be achieved, and how many personel it will take to achieve)

(T)eam - A group of people selected that trust eachother and have the determination to carry out operations.
(We make sure each person is enlisted into a comfortable field within NATO. We make smaller groups within NATO to carry out more operations and to ensure each person gets enough time in the field. )

(O)peration - The coordinated actions in response to a developing situation. These actions are desined through Adequacy to resolve the situation in the person(s) favor. Operations may be of a combat or non-combat nature and are referred to by a code name for the purpose of security. (Each operation will be handed with professional manners. NATO Officers or higher ranked personel will review what information is submitted through the SOS forms and determine how it will be delt with. After each operations is completed, they will posted in the 'Annoucements' in full detail. We will show who took part in succeding the operation, grant awards, and give repects to any fallen members.)

Head of State [HOS] - For each country within NATO, there will be a voice. One person will resemble the country he/she is from and will have full control over his/her people, (HOS must follow NATO rules))

NATO DayZ Squad is based off the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Although our operations and managent are very much different, we hold one related key; we wish to bring a situation and/or enviroment in a control state by any means necessary. By bringing DayZ players together from different countries holding the same mindset and determination, it will help bring the community back to the original state of the DayZ Launch.
