We are currently in the process of FIXING and UPDATING Spacebuild 3 for Garry's Mod 13. It means the server is unstable, some of the stuff doesn't work. And the server might randomly restart without prior notices.

You don't really need to download anything from there. When you join those addons are automatically downloaded to your gmod. This is a list of what addons the server uses.

Notes: This is broken, it will not work on single player, but as long as you play in the server, the fixes done on the server will apply to you. You still need this for models etc.
