MoRpH Sniping Rules:
1. Perks: SoH, Sleight Of Hand , Stoping, and Ninja (if you don't have ninja use commando)
2. What's not allowed: any form of equipment
3. Weapons allowed: Intervention.
4. If you hard scope one time it's a warning, if you do it again it's a auto forfeit.
5. If you grenade or knife, it's a warning, if you do it again it's a auto forfeit.
6. If it comes to a third match it's a neutral agreement and neutral host.
7. 1v1's, 2v2's are not counted towards our record.
