1. do not make a house seal, you can not use it only one per house atm.
2. do not build on metal nodes.
3. do not take tames that are not your unless told otherwise.
4. you should be gathering more mats for the base then mats that you take from the base. if there is high tier mats and you didnt farm it simply dont touch it.
