Lots of engies is pointless. they're sacrificing movement and HP for immobile objects. Additionally, metal is limited and can't support 3 engies.
If they want to go engies, you have a spy and a demo and two soldiers, plus a heavy to tank the damage sufficiently.

If I chose a class (like a spy), it would prevent others from selecting that class to become better at it. This will hinder growth in player's abiliities and cause our members to seek out less restricted servers or groups for development.
Got a 2nd reason why 1 class per team is a bad idea.
We already have 50 + members. Having 1 class per team would mean only 9 max per team (18 people max per game). What if we have a full house and have 15 vs 15? It would be unfair for people to sit out on a game and this will ulitmately hinder the development of this group.
