Had ghosts in my house using the toilet; Ghostbusters were not in my area, but Luigi came through a pipe, with a pipe wrench and his poltergust.

My house was cleared and my plumbing was fixed within a day. Couldn't find anyone more reliable.

Luigi out of 10 Not even numbers can compare to a 10. Would recommend to anyone.
