A collection of Hidden Gems, Under-represented or Unknown Games

So I am an Absolutely HUGE fan of the Borderlands Franchise and games in the Looter Shooter genre in General. I especially enjoy games with "Stylized" graphics, such as Cel-shaded ones like in Borderlands. I also love Comic Book style visuals or other similarly eye pleasing and unique visual art styles. Since it seems I am not alone in this love for this art form and some of it's most beautiful examples.

I was very surprised to find that there was not a curator page, group or list dedicated to that specific love. At least not that I could find searching for other curator lists focusing specifically on this genre.

So I decided to make my very own. It's a massive WIP because there are a lot more of them than I thought, though a big majority of them are not well known or rather recent releases or still in EA. There will be cult classics ofc, but also stuff that are lesser known gems. I want to keep this list as focused as possible, so this list will have borderlands like games, games with stylized graphics and hidden gems. Almost all of them will be primarily singleplayer and offline. There may be a few stragglers that deviate here and there on the offline requirement, but I tend to ignore most online only games. Especially ones with PVP.
