Rule 1: No hate. Saying slurs will get you banned
Rule 2: No griefing/trolling. You will either be kicked, temp banned, or permanently banned (if the first thing you do upon joining is troll, or come back after a kick/ban to repeat behavior)

If you want to take advantage of the 60-tick (essentially, the servers 'frames' are doubled) then put these commands in your console each time you launch, or put them in your launch options.
1. cl_updaterate 60
2. cl_cmdrate 60
3. rate 60000

If you want to host a match on the server:
Simply utilize the Steam Group Server lobby option while being a member of this group and select it on the menu when prompted after you begin to start the match.
OR,
1. Make sure there is no-one already in the server (using server browser or checking on Gametracker below)
2. Open the developer console while on the main menu and type in "mm_dedicated_force_servers 162.248.94.192"
3. Host your own lobby and make sure to set the server type to "Best Available Dedicated"
4. Start whenever you are ready.

If the game is starting and you cancel it, the lobby system may bug out and not let you connect. Just start a new lobby.
