Le RêVe - CS:GO Team

As of 4/11/2015, YTSuperBoiiHD has officially resigned from LeReVe. Most of my teammates are wondering why I'm leaving, and instead of having to message the long story to every single one of my clan members, I have rather just decided to create an Announcement about it. So, this is how it all went down.

I remember when we created LeReVe, or Shrekt Inc., back in the day, nearly in November. We've spent a great 6 months together, and I'll never forget it. I remember when we first met eachother, when we were all Silver I, but look at us now. We're all Gold Nova Range, and soon to be, Master Guardian Range. I feel that over the 6 months we've spent together, we've truly bonded, and grew together as a team. So, it sounds like everything is going great! Right? Well, here's the reasons why I've officially decided to resign from LeReVe.

First of all, gaming is completely taking over my life. On weekends, literally all I do is stay home and play all three days, and don't even do anything else. I don't hang out with friends, I don't go out with my family, all I do is play. It's gotten to the point where I'm even concerned about myself. I thought about this for a long time, and I realized that it's time to take a break. If I keep playing, and do nothing every weekend for the rest of my years in High School, it'll literally feel like gaming is the only thing I have left, and I don't want that. Someday, I actually want to be somebody. I have no idea where it's going to take me one day, but I don't want to be a nobody throughout my entire High School career. I wanna be somebody, somebody that everyone knows, you know what I'm saying? Playing all weekend, every weekend doesn't do any good for me towards any of that. MKREW1 told me that 2/3 of people stay home during the weekends, but it doesn't mean that I have to be one of them. I can be the 1/3, and I want to be the 1/3.

Second, I don't feel as much team chemistry as we used to. I understand, yes, we've ranked up so much since we first met, but our team chemistry is slowly dipping from the time in which we were at our Prime. Every now and then, I feel like we can't last a single hour with criticizing at least one person for doing something wrong, or at least even making fun of them. Our team is starting to fill with salt and blame, and you all know it. I know that we've really grown as a team since when we first met, but I honestly don't think that our Prime is right now, I felt our Prime a few months back, not now. You may feel otherwise, but this is my opinion, and I am entitled to it.

Lastly, at this point, I honestly just want to be a casual gamer. I don't really like having the feeling of knowing that you have to play on certain days, and it's starting to make me feel like I NEED to play, not necessarily wanting to play anymore. (MKREW1, you can't tell me, "It's not like you have to be on and play with us all the time", because every time that I get bored of CS:GO, and you guys continue to play, you force me to stay, so you don't really have much say in that.) At this point, I just see video games as a hobby. Why did people first invent video games in the first place? To have fun. It feels like now that I'm no longer playing for fun, but rather I feel so much stress and tension when I play. It feels like that if I mess up, there's always going to be at least one guy, and you know who you are, to criticize us on everything we do wrong. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is, I just want to be a casual gamer. I want to play video games just to have fun, not take it too seriously. Remember when Me, MK, Matt, and Boss were playing that one game on Inferno, and Matt and MK said, "Guys, be serious." Then I said, "What's the point of taking life too seriously?" This is where that comes into play. I just want to play video games just to have fun. Fun, stress-free, fun. From now on, I just want to play video games the way it should be. Get on every now and then, just to have fun.

I hope you guys support my decision, and understand me. I will never be able to thank you guys enough for all the amazing memories I had with you guys, and I'd like to thank you all so much. I know that you guys are planning to go big, and I hope you guys succeed in reaching your goal, and the next one, and the next one. But with this last word, I have officially decided to leave LeReVe.

(Remember, it's not like I'm leaving video games forever, I'll still continue to play CS:GO, Minecraft, and other Steam Games, but I will just be casually playing.)
