I : Don't pick up loose loot unless you have Dead Presidents.(Works for all, has for a few months)
II : Even with a 3 concealment, running past a guard is a bad idea.
III : When joining a stealth mission, ask if its safe before dropping in.
IV : You kill a guard, you are responsible for his pager. Announce any other kills to your teammates.
