have some parkour (and cookies)

Right chaps, this is a UK based group for practitioners, newbies, or even justbfans of either Parkour or Free Running, whilst debates will be allowed, and would probably happen anyway, My personal opinion, is that these are seperate sports, with different techniques and styles. (Even though I do think that in rare circumstances flips may be included in Parkour). This group is basically for those who want to learn PK/FR, or for veterans to get together and teach, hang out, whatever really, so, pull up a keyboard, rest up your tired Ariakes (or 5.10s or whatever is your preference really,) and take 10 minutes break from training to enjoy yourself in KPK.
