Anyways officer tiers are accepted(only for admin)and you will automatically have a position(rank)selected by me

4.Commander(the one who makes war)-unoccupied
There will be more(this time it's for average members)
And last rule Dont argue with ppl higher in rank than you and if you see someone abusing his rank power Report them to a GEN or COM
