Knights of the Celery order - Who are we?

Our modern Sovereign Order of St. Celery of Salad, Knights Hospitaller (Sovereign Order) is a culinary, chivalric, ecumenical and international community directly descended from the Hospitaller activities at the holy kitchen, founded before the turn of the 12th Century by master chefs, for pilgrims in the salad bowl.
