Johnny is a guy and his head is a dead fish.

Johnny Mcdump was a normal guy that had a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ life until he was at the beach and triped and got his head stuck in a dead fish. He passed out like a little ♥♥♥♥♥. He woke up the next day in the emergency room with his family and friends around him shocked. When the doctor walked in and told John that the dead fish will be permanently stuck onto his face. Many years gone by and Johnny Fishface is not embarassed about the dead fish that jiggles on the body when he makes a step. He has been on Television, radio, concerts, music videos, and many more. He does not regret that he has a disturbing dead fish on his head to this day!
