The "Cannae" Regiment is an offshoot of Enlisted Field Formation Organization of Reserves in Training, or EFFORT for short. EFFORT was an organization devoted to discipline and chivalry. However, due to internal strife, a weak and ineffectual leader, and general stagnation, the members of the current General Field Staff Council left en masse and formed the ILCC, also known as the 23rd Imperial Leibstandarte "Cannae." Currently, the Regiment's goals are to maintain the high standards of devotion and fidelity to the Field Marshal and to act as a new home for dissenting members of the Enlisted Field Formation Organization of Reserves in Training. However, anyone of the right valor, virtue, and
Chivalry may join this prestigious organization.
