This group is devoted to our lord and savior, the shining hero, "I Cannot Stop Twinkling". He has extraordinary powers and is able to disintegrate anyone whom dares to stand in the way. If "I Cannot Stop Twinkling" uses his navel laser for more than 1 second he gets a tummy ache. On top of that, he was completely missing during the villian invasion arc in season 1. However, no one searched for him and no one seemed to care that he was gone.
