Thanks to SurHorse and his really COOL MODs
And all AFB admin have SM_ADMIN rites on the server

Chat commands
!usepoints - Use points to buy items
!heal - Gives 100 health (NON admin need to use !usepoints)
!refill - Refills Ammo (NON admin need to use !usepoints)

The MODs on the server are a blast but can be buggy (Bata Testing MODS)
