Hitman Contracts Steam Appeal

Hitman: Contracts is finally out on Steam! Thanks to everyone for their support - this group can now be used to express enthusiasm about the game.

Join this group to show your support for the cause - if you would like to see Hitman Contracts available for purchase on Steam. Don't forget to invite your friends!

On the 15th March 2007, Eidos and Valve announced an agreement to deliver a wide selection of new and old games worldwide via the gaming platform Steam.

One of the collections currently on offer is the Hitman series. Unfortunately however, one of the best-selling titles "Hitman Contracts" was - and to this date still is - unavailable for purchase and download via Steam and is thus not included in "The Hitman Collection".

After Leaving many confused as to the exact reason, avoiding the purchase of this 'collection', the reason was finally announced:

The copyright for the song "Immortal" by the band "Clutch" in the level "Rendezvouz in Rotterdam" wasn't able to be renewed.

We, the members of this group, would like to see this game available for purchase on Steam, and therefore pledge to do at least one of the following: Petition/Email Eidos, IO, Clutch, Warner Music Group or Valve, or show support to the cause simply by joining this group and inviting others. It should, after all be simple to remove one song, or renew the copyright!

With enough members in this group, and enough emails to the aforementioned companies, hopefully Contracts will eventually be available on Steam!

Contracts Song Replaced in 2013 Console Re-release!

All Hitman games excluding Codename 47 have been re-released in HD (higher resolutions, which are already present in the PC versions) on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The copyrighted song - which has prevented Hitman Contracts release on Steam - has been replaced in Hitman HD Trilogy, yet there is no sign of them taking the same action for the PC version!

Perhaps it's time to email the contacts listed on this group's main page again and explain the new situation, as it obviously has proven simple to remove one song.

Don't forget to invite all your friends to this group too.

In the meantime, you could always buy a used copy of the original PC disk[www.amazon.co.uk] for £3 from Amazon, but of course it still won't be the same as owning it on Steam with all the convenience and benefits.

When I try to launch game on windows 11 its won't start can somebody give me suggestion ? I reinstalled driver and also changed screenborder code and some other codes in inl file but nothings help can pls somebody helps me ?
