The rules are simple:
1.You need to have the CSS game and a little experience
2.Need a microphone
3.What the admin does and say goes

IF you beat one of the admins in a one on one match or bring a friend and have a two on two game, you will become a admin for this group.

Currently the admins are making a server for this group, once the server is up the group members must have the groups name (HP) at the start of thier name otherwise everyone will be different!!
