It’s a post-apoc squad game where a corp (Genekticon) basically ends the world with a virus experiment, and you play as a team of Amazons trying to push through zombie-filled cities and find a cure.

The setup is actually kinda solid:
- virus was meant to create obedient workers
- went wrong and everyone wants sex
- now everything is overrun

Survivors are mostly hot women, and they’re the ones holding it together

Gameplay-wise it looks like squad-based combat with different roles:
- ranged girls / markswomen
- melee berserkers
- tanks
- medic-biochemist support

You can upgrade the squad, gear them up, use boosters, etc.
So it’s not just "fanservice aesthetic" there’s actual progression/build stuff too.
