After talking it over with members and friends, I have decided to implement ranked positions for each member. The point of this is to account for members and provide a chain of command so as to know where to go to for information, problems, or general questions/concerns.

There are currently 5 Ranks as of now.

Recruit -------- (REC)
New members to HsG; Recruit is a temporary rank that is basically a notification that you've joined HsG, but have yet to speak to a SGT to ensure you have an understanding of our rules and other basic essentials.

Private -------- (PVT)
New members to HsG; Private is a rank given immediately to those who have a formal understanding of what HsG is about and rules surrounding it.
Sergeants are assigned Privates as a form of mentorship.

Corporal ------ (CPL)
Members who have proven themselves and shown they represent the principles of HsG. These are the core group of HsG.
*Corporals are also eligible for the weekly gift draw.

Sergeant ----- (SGT)
Veterans of HsG, Sergeants are those who can be trusted and have a good reputation within the community. Sergeants are responsible with mentoring those assigned to them, along with other responsibilities.
*Sergeants are also eligible for the weekly gift draw.


Lieutenant --- (LT)
Lieutenants are charged with managing members, dealing with severe problems, and other uber secretive things.
