It has come to my recent notice that due to a number of recent loss's in a number of our games that we must take neccesary action to encourage our players to try their absoloute hardest in order to suceed...

This idea involves a vote at the end of every game amongst the players. To decide who did the worst on our team.

The punishment for whoever is voted the worst is... Wearing a Gibus for 1 Whole Week
