This Railroad uses mostly restored HLRS and HLSP locomotives created by Snow Sheltie, but sprop locos are welcome. 1. Must use a locomotive controll E2.
2. Make it look nice and new.
3. Must be built close or exat to the original loco off the work shop.
4. Must have a working horn and bell E2 NO synth horns.
5. Needs to have a ether a speed display E2 or a wire screen
6. Rember this, there's no restoration to big or too small for HL&W
