Preparations for the Battle of Birmingham

With the revolution in full swing we now have a force of some 100,000 men and women! Our next cause of action will be take the city of Birmingham, with fresh troops and supplies from the city of Liverpool and due to the capture of the port we can now begin shipping in good from our allies and thanks to this the first international battalion of 10,000 men has arrived from Catalonia. With these fresh forces and a huge force of 110,000 that are now besieging Birmingham victory is insured!

(The British government has 48 hours to respond to the attack.)

Yet again the enemy has been unable to set up a battle. We have been reasonable and waited the 48 hours but this is not our problem, however the enemy has given us a general to fight he has somehow glitched his game so it no longer works. Therefor I am claiming victory on behalf of the British Republic.
