Is anyone else tired of 7 day bans

some things shouldnt have 7 day ban on competitions i cant play casual either because its a 20 player game and no one takes it seriously and i cant rank up anyone else tired of getting banned for a week for kicking people getting kicked to many times being inactive killing killing at the start of the round and people scaming you into you being banned? please join and invite anyone whos banned lets get valve to fix somthing other than gun sounds
