Spc.=Standard Issue Rifle/ M9 (8/6 Clips)
lCpl.=Standard Issue Rifle/ M9 (12/8 Clips)
Cpl.=Standard Issue Rifle/M1911 (12/4 Clips)

Once you hit Specialist, as in the name you may "Specialize". If you specialize though, you are completely removed from the leadership possibility list. Once you specialize, you are so-to-speak demoted down to Recruit once agian BUT, there is a reason for this. -Once Agian, i will explain this at a later date.

All im going to say for now is that if you dont attend, you wont be able to join ops until you pass a monthly boot camp. SO BE ON TONIGHT AT 7:00-9:00 pm EST.

Starting Next week on friday at 7:00 pm EST, well begin our 1 week boot camp.
Even if your a Cpl, you still have to attend. Whilst in boot camp, all Pro Ops will be cut-off. You must pass the first week's test. if you dont, youll have 1 more week to train yourself and get better at what we train you over. if you fail once agian, youl be put in the reserves until the next batch of recruits comes along.
