The Emperor has told the Chief of Staff to make preparations for an invasion of Rebel held territory. Orders given by the Chief of Staff have stated that:

- The 6th Corps is to march south to retake the areas around the Pyrenees, led by Field Marshal LeClerc

- The 1st Corps is to march and take Toulon, led by General Napoleon

- The 2nd and 3rd are to march to Brittany and take it back, led by Field Marshal Fancois, and Field Marshal Le Monde

- The 4th Corps is to stay stationed in Paris, led by Field Marshal Patrice

- The 5th Corps is to march to Orleans with the Marines stationed from the Med. Fleet and retake the land, led by Field Marshal Guérin and the Chief of Staff
