Gaming isn't a personal censorship platform. If you want developers to change something, you vote on that by giving the game honest reviews, or by simply not buying it at all.

I'm sorry if you feel that violence and sexuality are present in our games, but it is not up to you to decide whether they should. It is only up to you to either play the game, or don't. That is your one and only responsibility as the player.
