For skilled and fair players playing the Civ 5 game

Basically a more dedicated version of the NQ group where we don't scrap games for bad reasons nor do we so strict game rules.
Rules are few and simple.
* Play fair, no exploits.
* No Great Wall - in FFA allowed from round 160 or later.
* No Quiting games without approval from the other players in the game.
* No noobs, minimum requirement 1000 hours played or reference from another member player.
