A spectre is haunting the Earth — the spectre of Equality. All the powers of the old world have entered into one ignorant alliance to worship this spectre: Pope and President, Parliament and Congress, Right wingers and Liberals alike.
Where is the party in opposition that has not been publicly sponsored or represented by any people in power? Where is the progress that has been promised by countless political figures in the common era, where is the betterment of the human race?
Two things result from this lack thereof:
I. A de facto racial and economic divide has manifested itself in society and is not acknowledged by the current system.
II. This divide has made evident the superiority of some races compared with others yet no figure of authority has taken actions in order to utilize this important observation to better the human race.
To this, we are creating a multi-step plan. We plan to better the human race by means of sterilization and eventually eradication of all humans that possess genetic malfunctions that inhibit the use of the brain or reproduction (genital issues or homosexuality) save for minor eye/ear disorders, sterilization and eventually eradication of the inferior races that statistics have shown to be counterproductive to society as a whole, and lastly, a socio-economic hierarchy of races in which races will be ranked by their annual productivity to society and financially compensated as such. Additionally, political and social rights will be given as privileges according to one’s position on the racial productivity hierarchy. Lastly, birthing rights will be given based on the productivity of a race. For example, the most productive race will be allotted more births per household. For the sake of organization, the white Caucasian race will be held above the other races as a historic example of vastly superior racial productivity. Each race including the white race will elect one male representative to attend the Progressive Congress of Races. The congress will decide policy changes and will convene at the order of the Caucasian representative who will in addition to this role, also act as the presiding chairman of the congress. It is the role of these three representatives to propose law and policy.
*Note: Females are to be employed only in birthing factories and will not lawfully be employed in other establishments. Their hierarchical role is irrelevant.
