Re-Defining Tactics

Description
Front Field Tactical is for people wanting to get more out of games by playing them tactically. Our group focuses on ArmA 3 but we still play many other games. We aim to play games together and use tactics to help us get the upper hand on our opponents. We will be Re-Defining Tactics one match at a time.

Playing Together
Front Field Tactical aims to bring many players together and play many games together. We will try to organise many ArmA 3 missions for members to play together so make sure you always listen up for those.

Members
Front Field Tactical will invite members when we believe they are good enough to be part of the group and show they know how to play the game. We will hold many recruiting missions on ArmA 3 to recruit new members into the group.

I am here to inform you that we are going through all our members and will be kicking everyone who doesn't contact me that they are happy to stay in the group and participate in Operations.

We are currently working on getting lots of dedicated players so we can have our first big Operation. We are looking for pilots, snipers team leaders and staff. However we don't need people in the group who are not wanting to participate in such operations.

== SQUADS ==
We will be introducing squads into our unit. 4-5 squads will consist of 5-10 people with a leader and a co-leader. The leader will be in-charge of putting together the squads and getting people into them from the unit. They will remain as a squad during our operations and will all have different tasks. This will add a bit more structure to our unit and make it easier to communicate during operations. If you are interested in becoming a Squad Leader let us know.
