I would also have to lower the power of a moderator because Morgan is somebody I really trust with this kind of stuff, while you can be slightly spontanious. (I can spell... maybe)

Ben, aside from that, most of your experience is in bot games, you lack the self-esteem to stick with a hero to get good at them, and if the majority of the members of the group are higher than member, that suddenly makes moderator the default group, and Ethan is essentially just being punished for... nothing.

Is that how that works? I didn't know that you had to be good at the game to be a moderator. And my abandons are completely my fault of bad time management on my part, not because of me not being good and ragequitting, despite what everyone who plays DotA thinks when someone disconnects. I kinda feel pained when people don't beleve that I actually have to go, and they hate me for ragequitting but really its my time management. But now I'm just ranting.
