Hi ICA_Colt, sorry to hear that you experienced a problem within the server. Feek free to add me on steam and I shall see what I can do about refunding your losses, as we update the server with new features and fixes it will go down from time to time. this will hopefuly not happen too often and we will endeavour to warn ingame when the server may go down.

So I've seen that late at night like in early AM for EU players that the server crashes, and those who are on lose all of their gear and stock is reset and everything. This happened to me and a few others and was wondering if we would be refunded at all or if there's a reason why the server crashes then or what.
