after 3 days and about a dozen messages i have finally got to the second level Ubisoft tech support, and i can tell u lvl one is annoying as ♥♥♥♥, all that is ur firewall blocking stuff have you opened ports. now lvl 2 has the dxdiag reports and the msx reports they can start finding the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem
