Why so much russians sucks

The problem with dota is 99% of the russian players are huge noobs, feeding like ♥♥♥♥♥ and speaking ONLY russian in chat. They feed, rage then leave you in ♥♥♥♥.
To have good demonstrations of noob russians you can see players like M4R1O or some people in my previous games as shadow demon (an idiot playing lion made some 0/11 or once I saw one who died 12 times) most of my deafeats come from russias players feeding other lanes.
