Why am i banned for MASSKOS i didn't kill a single time please someone unbann me!

Ban Appeal (Banned from Discord, so Posted Here)

Why were you banned?: KOS
Why should you be unbanned?: It was not kos. a group of 3 or 4 people came into my apartment complex, whispering. I ignored it because in RP, you can't listen in on group whispering. I went into my shop to deposit a few items. THe next think I know, all of them are punching me for no apparent reason, and I can't escape because of the cramped, small, room. I died, and they took all my items, including my police gun, badge, and clothes, which they are not allowed to have. I was going to let it go, because I was too tired to deal with four KOSers. However, when I respawned at my bed, I heard the sound of fists hitting wood. I grabbed my shotgun from one of my lockers, and walked upstairs, and two of the KOSers were breaking down items in my 2nd floor apartment #1. They broke multiple barricades that I put up earlier to

prevent people from coming into the room. I started to ask them why, when they told their friend who was apparently hiding downstairs to come up and shoot me. I shot and killed him for firing at me with my own gun. I then told the two others to stop breaking stuff, and when they did not, I shot and killed them too. Then, I was banned permamantly for 'Mass Kos' because Timber was 'Sick of my ♥♥♥♥', So even though I explained what happened in chat, Timber banned me permanantly from the server, without bothering to try and figure out what happened or verify my explanation. He also removed and banned me from the Discord group, as well as blocking me on Discord so that I had no chance of appeal. This is why I had to resort to posting the appeal here.
