What is with all these 99 pace players?

Its so frustrating playing against these sweaty kent/traore teams were ever player has 99 pace with chemboosts... the worst part is that these gimps only play the "meta" 4231 drop back counter attack only tactic.. you keep attacking and you lose the ball once and you are caught in a sprint against usain bolt with your koeman
