I have no doubt this clan will eventually grow into a thriving force, but right now we could use a little more bulk. All members of the clan at the moment are encouraged to recruit and spread the word. If you successfully recruit someone to the clan tell me about it and who and you will be almost certainly promoted. There is no reason to remove a levy from the clan at this time other than if they appear to be looking for trouble or something of that nature. Remember, I am carefully considering who to put in high offices, and tasks like this favor a promotion to council member or perhaps even Chancellor.
