Added some visual effects for spawning Rippers and Spore Mines from Infestation Pillars & Carnifexes
Added the Chimera mobile-base
Added the Chaos Space Marine "Slaughter" ability

Space Marines

Reduced the cost of Dark Age of Technology from 100/35 to 100/30
Venerable Dreadnought can now purchase Dark Age of Technology - Have fun! 100/50 cost , improves health by 300 and grants the improved inspire
Devastator Marine Squads (Including Plasma) now have melee resistance
Assault Squad Blind Grenade can now be used anywhere (Not just garrisons/turrets)
Cast range 20, radius 4.5, debuff duration 10s, cooldown 40s, 1.25s fuse
Now reduces sight radius of units effected by 75%
Reduces the effected targets weapon range by 75%
Increased Blind Grenade energy cost from 20 to 40
Can effect friendly and allied squads, has no effect on vehicles, monstrous creatures or daemons.

Chaos Space Marines

Chaos Havoc Heavy Bolter courage damage on distant and far are now identical (0.2)
Chaos Havoc Bolter damage increased from 12 to 23
Chaos Havoc now have melee resistance
Chaos Space Marines now gain the "Slaughter" ability with Aspiring Champion. They lose this ability if they get a Mark.
Slaughter: Throws CSM into a frenzied state, increasing ranged damage by ~20% and allowing them to switch freely between ranged and melee weapons (~34 DPS melee, +1.5 HP regen, 12 melee charge) for the duration. Lasts 25s. 80s cooldown.
Chosen Plague Marine's Nurgle's Rot range increased from 15 to 22
Battle Fury health (KCSM) regeneration from 0.5 to 1.0
Chaos Predator pop cost reduced from 18 to 15

Grey Knights

Reduced the red from Strike & Interceptor from 21 to 19 , Justicars down from 23 to 19
Strike Squad & Justicar ranged damage increased from 13 to 15
Interceptor Jump delay reduced from 1.5 to 0.5 seconds (0.75s with Justicar)
Interceptors have movement speed reduced by 50% for 3s during teleportation. This includes the teleport delay and the teleport animation itself, which results in 1.5s-2s of 50% reduced speed after they "land"
Purgation Incinerator no longer has a setup up
Purgation Incinerator courage damage from 24 to 25
Purgation Incinerator cooldown frequency from 6-8 to 10-12
Grey Knight Dreadnought Twin-Linked Bolter damage increased from 80 to 85
Cameleoline Stealth Suit upgrade cost reduced from 100/20 to 75/20
Removed Burn-on-Hit from Grey Knight Terminator/Paladin Incinerators

Imperial Guard

Guardsmen requsition cost reduced from 230 to 210
Chimera can purchase the Mobile Base upgrade for 100/30
Mobile-base locks down the Chimera, giving it 30% damage resistance and +250 HP, and spawns cover objects and a relay beacon (beacon does not provide HP regen). Chimera cannot move while in Mobile Base. Takes 6s to set-up or tear down.
Infiltrated Storm Trooper call-in cost reduced from 300 down to 250
Artillery Spotter ranged damage increased from 10 to 15
Multi-Las Turret upkeep reduced from 15,3 to 0(?)
Catachans now begin with 6 models
The Demo-man upgrade no longer adds a model
Catachan cost reduced from 350/30 to 300/30
Ogryn build time reduced from 43 to 40s
Ogryn Reinforce time reduced from 11 to 8s
Stormtrooper total upkeep reduced from 38,25 to 30,8
Kaskrin cost readjusted from 450/45 to 425/60
Kaskrin build time increased from 33 to 40s
Kaskrins Grenade Launcher damage increased from 40 to 60
Kaskrin Sergeant now has similiar health regeneration to regular Kaskrins
Baneblade exp increased from 500 to 1000
Baneblade red exp increased from 57 to 120

Merciless Witchblade ranged damage increased from 35 to 40
Webway Gate experience increased from 150 to 250
Ranger tear-down reduced from 1.5 to 1.0
Ranger Sniper range reverted back to default value
Pathfinder wargear no longer grants increased weapon range
Wraithlord cost increased from 450/100 to 450/110
Autarch Energy shield cost reduced from 75/35 to 75/30
Autarch Fusion gun cost reduced from 100/30 to 80/20
Dark Reaper Fleet of Foot ability removed
Improved the acceleration of the Fire Prism
Seer Council aura range increased from 12 to 22

Orks

Booby Trap cost reduced from 120/20 to 100/20
Betta Kombat Kit health regeneration increased from 0.3 to 0.35
Increased build time on Flash Gitz from 30 to 35s
Flash Gitz damage on retreating units reduced from 1 to 0.85
Decreased Flash Git sight range from 44 to 40
Flash Gitz rotation reduced from 1000 to 400

Tyranids

Brood Nest reinforce aura reduced from 50 to 40
Termagant cost reduced from 260 to 240
Ripper damage(dps)/same values increased from 1,6 to 5
